Elm Street was a 1925 Craftsman looking for love.

The house had great bones but needed to be opened up and reconfigured for a modern lifestyle. The three-season porch was integrated to create a large, open kitchen with eat-in banquet. French doors were added in order to access the large backyard from a variety of locations. An inviting outdoor living space was created with herringbone brick and a large, beautiful redwood pergola.
